Created Import Tool and imported all old site change requests and change listing data
User can view old data and user old request forms to submit new request in current system
Add Link field type
A Link field type allow user to input url and label on request form and showing the label with the url link in request list
Add required verification on request form
Admin user can define which field is required on the request form
Change the projects and pages structure
Each project represent a county right now, each project can only have one County page and multiple Town pages.
Only allow creating request form on County level page
Town pages can use their parent County level page’s request, those requests will be filtered by Municipality field for each town pages. If a request form do not have a Municipality field, it will show all data for every town pages.
Update duplicate functions
Duplicate functions allow user to input duplicated site’s info now. Since there is only one County page allowed for each project, when duplicate a County page, it will create a new project too.
Add support for Pike County in Pennsylvania
Add NFAN, Problem, Complete, Open, Review status on Request form
Show origin request fields and review request fields in one page when generate pdf
Update UI and fix bugs
